In partnership with MassDOT, MassMobility invites you to the 2017 Massachusetts Community Transportation Coordination Conference to learn and share best practices and innovative approaches to improving mobility and access for seniors, people with disabilities, and low-income individuals in Massachusetts.

This year's conference will feature a keynote from Scott Bogren, Executive Director of the Community Transportation Association of America. Agenda topics include:

  • Voices from riders: consumer panel
  • Volunteer transportation
  • Partnering with Uber and Lyft
  • Retiring from driving
  • Employment transportation
  • Pedestrian safety for seniors and people with disabilities
  • Regional Coordinating Council accomplishments, strategies, and challenges
  • Introduction to PERCEPT
  • Coordination updates from the MBTA

This will be a day-long conference addressing many aspects of community transportation, including municipal and program-based services as well as transportation for seniors, people with disabilities, and low-income commuters. This event will bring together transportation providers, agency staff, and other stakeholders to share information, gain skills and knowledge, and network with each other. 

 

The conference is free to participants, and breakfast and lunch will be served.
