There are 5 Regional Employment Collaboratives (RECs) across the state of Massachusetts.
The RECs are a collaboration of state agencies, community employment service providers, lawmakers, the business community, advocacy organizations and people with disabilities working together to build sustainable and effective employment programs and support services that maximize work opportunities for youth and adults with disabilities, and strengthen the MA workforce.

One-Stop Career Centers are designed to provide a full range of assistance to job seekers under one roof. Established under the Workforce Investment Act, these centers offer training referrals, career counseling, job listings, and similar employment-related services, where customers can visit a center in person or connect to the center's information through a personal computer or kiosk remote access.
