Statewide Young Adult Council (SYAC)

SYAC is for young adults with mental health needs between the ages of 16 and 25 years old to voice their concerns and ideas for mental health services and supports during a young person’s transition to adulthood. The Council brings together providers, youth and young adults to advise the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH). They work together to find equality as well as to advocate for each other, and any youth and young adult in the DMH system and the community.
