Community Partners
Work Without Limits forms partnerships with organizations that provide employment services to individuals with disabilities such as colleges and universities, state agencies, and community-based organizations. Through a reciprocal and cross-collaborative relationship, we promote these Community Partners to members of our Business Network, disability-inclusive employers that are seeking qualified candidates with disabilities. Our Community Partners and Business Network actively work together to understand each other's value, services, candidate pipelines, and opportunities with the goal of increasing the employment rate for individuals with disabilities.
Work Without Limits Community Partners represent a wide spectrum of organizations listed at the bottom of this page that includes, but are not limited to:

There is no cost to becoming a Community Partner, but we do ask that you equally promote Work Without Limits in your materials, communications, and website. As a Community Partner, your organization receives exposure and participation benefits along with exclusive access to Work Without Limits services and events. These include:
Brand Exposure & Promotion
- Your organization's name, logo and brief description, and contact information on Work Without Limits website.

Two representatives from your organization will receive membership to the Work Without Limits private LinkedIn group. This exclusive Business Network provides access to qualified candidates with disabilities, Disability-Owned Business Enterprises (DOBEs), and partners from higher education, government, and community-based organizations that support job seekers.
- Opportunities to promote your program’s events, activities, and services to candidates and business partners.
Employment Network (EN)
- Opportunity to become a partner in Work Without Limits’ EN, allowing your organization to draw down incentive payments from Social Security’s Ticket to Work program when eligible individuals with disabilities commit to reducing or eliminating their public benefits and becoming self-sufficient through working and earning wages.
Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA)
- Access for staff and/or those you serve to connect with certified benefits counselors to understand how earnings or wage increases affect public benefits and health insurance (SSI, SSDI, Medicare and Medicaid).
Work Without Limits Career Fair for Individuals with Disabilities
- The Work Without Limits annual virtual Career Fair for Individuals with Disabilities connects job seekers with disabilities with inclusive employers.
