Kathy manages Work Without Limits partnerships with colleges and universities, one-stop career centers, and private and government agencies to source candidates for Work Without Limits Business Network. Kathy coordinates Work Without Limits annual Disability Mentoring Day, and consults on several youth-focused projects. She has over 20 years of disability research and community engagement expertise.
