Business Network
The Work Without Limits Business Network is a consortium of private and public sector employers committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities as employees, customers, and suppliers. Work Without Limits offers members opportunities to share best practices and build confidence and success when including people with disabilities in their workplaces. Member organizations are committed to diversity and inclusion and are specifically interested in building their capacity to:
- Attract, recruit and retain employees with disabilities
- Market to and service customers with disabilities
- Include disability-owned businesses in their supply chains
Jobs Board
Work Without Limits Business Network Members receive free or discounted access to the Jobs Ability Jobs Board, a virtual gateway for job seekers with disabilities and employers looking to hire. Thousands of candidates and job postings are updated on a daily basis. The jobs board offers daily scraping of your ‘Careers’ site for current postings. Businesses can search for candidates by skill, education/degree, industry, location, etc., and receive automated candidate matches. The jobs board is also available to non-members for a fee.
Training & Consulting
Work Without Limits provides training and consulting services to help build the capacity of employers to successfully include individuals with disabilities in their work places. Our trainings focus on increasing the comfort level, confidence, and competency of human resources personnel and hiring managers when engaging, interviewing, and managing candidates and employees with disabilities. Our consulting services provide individualized technical assistance to help your company move toward becoming an Employer of Choice for persons with disabilities.
Events
Work Without Limits offers educational and networking events for employers, service providers, and individuals with disabilities. Our events include our Raise the Bar HIRE! conference, career fairs, and Disability Mentoring Day. All events require generous sponsors to make them happen, so please consider a sponsorship today!
