Ashleigh Hesler joined the Work Without Limits team in 2024 as Senior Work Incentives Counselor. Ashleigh has 4 years’ experience as a Community Work Incentives Counselor (CWIC) on a WIPA grant, and 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CPWIC) providing benefits counseling for State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency clients. Immediately before joining our team, Ashleigh worked for the Social Security Administration (SSA) as a Claims Specialist, expanding her knowledge on Federal and State Programs. Her time at SSA helped her realize her true passion of working closely with individuals who have lived experienced and supporting them to reach their financial goals.
