Ms. DeCouto manages all Work Without Limits marketing and communications, which includes collateral materials, presentations, e-newsletter, social media, email blasts and website. She ensures Work Without Limits materials are up-to-date, accessible, and adhere to branding and accessibility guidelines. In addition, she provides expertise to external marketing campaigns for clients such as MCB. Ms. DeCouto also leads the planning of the annual Raise the Bar HIRE! conference that provides education, awareness, and recognition around advancing the employment of people with disabilities.
